We have an opportunity in our Creative Services Department for a skilled graphic designer.  In this multi-dimensional role, you will support global sales and marketing communications programs.  This position requires strong conceptual  ability, technical skills and flexibility to work on promotional and package design as well as production of web based elements.

Requirements

• Candidates should have a BA or BFA in Graphic Design or related field.
• Candidates should have at least 3-5 years related work experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the following software (PC environment):  Quark Xpress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver and a thorough understanding of HTML.  Note:  Candidates will need to demonstrate proficiency during the interview process.
• Experience with CSS, Javascript and Flash is desired. 
• Working knowledge of video technology a plus, but not required to be considered for this position.
• Must have a positive attitude, be creative and resourceful, and possess the ability to manage and stay on top of details for several projects simultaneously.
• Must provide an online portfolio link or send PDF samples. Portfolio required for interview.

Responsibilities

• Create designs for Internet Marketing projects
• Optimize and produce art assets for the company website
• Participates in maintenance and expansion of the company website
• Stay current with Web design trends, gain expertise in the growing list of design tools available for interactive development and be prepared to suggest and apply them to any project
• Assists with the development of print materials including designing advertisements, sales pieces, direct marketing pieces and tradeshow booth graphics
• Additional projects will include, but are not limited to, designing advertisements, sales pieces, direct marketing pieces, tradeshow booth graphics and assisting with website changes and additions.
• Additional projects include designing packaging components for new products and updating current packaging while ensuring product packaging conforms to FDA and quality standards
